This technical seminar was on the proposed mandatory disclosure scheme which will require that commercial buildings (in excess of 2000m2) disclose information about their operational energy use at point of sale or lease, and provided an explanation of the scheme and needs to comply.
Procedural changes and systems upgrades which can result in meeting building energy use requirements were presented. Max explained the ways in which to maximise the effects of building tuning in practical ways that can deliver savings and improve NABERS ratings.
